Production is a key role in delivering right product at right time. Initially starting with smaller diameters, today under his leadership, M/s Hem Industries is having a capacity to manufacture 4 Inch / 100mm diameter sizes Nuts and Bolts. A perfect combination of skilled employees & automated machines, today we can manufacturer up to 150 Metric Tons quantity per month.

Position :- Quality Head
Quality Head plays a vital role in delivering quality output meeting standard specifications. Mr. Hem Doshi is having complete knowledge about ASTM, ASME, DIN, EU and IS standards. Under his leadership, there is an inhouse testing laboratory along with Heat Treatment Facility. Mr Hem Doshi has developed a set of procedures which intended to ensure that a manufactured product adheres to a defined set of quality criteria and meets the requirements of the end user. Under his guidance, M/s Hem Industries has developed a method where complete Trace-ability from Raw material stage till finished product can be identified.

Position :-Finance Head
